Meet Sergi
Sergi is a professional piercer at Tribal Expression in Calgary, specializing in kids ear piercing. Families ask for him by name — and kids often leave laughing.
Why families ask for Sergi
Sergi has become one of Tribal Expression’s most requested piercers for children. Families appreciate his calm personality, sense of humour, ability to explain what is happening, and the way he naturally connects with kids.
He has extensive experience working with people — including children — and knows how to recognize nervousness, answer questions honestly, and build trust before anything happens.
Sergi has been part of the Tribal Expression team since 2021.
Calm when it matters. Fun when it helps.
Sergi is the piercer who might have your kid laughing before they even get pierced. He is fun, creative and relaxed — and when it matters, he is calm, focused and precise. Kids sense that. It is a big part of why parents keep asking for him.
Professional background
Before coming to Canada from Ukraine, Sergi worked as a medical doctor. Today he is a professional piercer — his previous career is part of his story, not a service he offers here.
Sergi’s Ukrainian medical credentials do not authorize him to practise medicine in Canada. At Tribal Expression, he does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescriptions, or Canadian physician services. His work here is professional piercing.
